Any modifications made by Narayani Jewellery in writing shall constitute a new offer and automatically revoke previous offers. Any amendments or counter-offers made by the customer will be treated as a new offer, which Narayani Jewellery may accept or reject at its sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the product.
All product images, colours, designs, dimensions, and specifications shown on the website are indicative and may slightly vary from the actual product. Minor differences, especially in colour tones or finishing, shall not be considered product defects.
Product configurations, availability, and prices are subject to change at any time. Narayani Jewellery reserves the right to modify price lists, catalogues, quotations, and promotional materials without prior notice.
All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or government levies unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges imposed by authorities shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping Policy
We deliver products across India and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Shipping charges vary across locations in India
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available
- COD Fee: ₹100
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
International Shipping
- Additional shipping charge: ₹2000 at checkout
- Customs duties and local taxes are borne by the customer as per destination country regulations
- International delivery timeline: 10–15 working days
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance or production time
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you notice that the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please refuse to accept the package

All shipments are insured and require signature and ID proof upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The order was damaged in transit
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unworn
- Original packaging must be intact
- Barcode/tag must remain attached
Return Process
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Submit a return/exchange request via: https://narayanijewellery.com/contact/
- Our Quality Control team will review the request
- Once approved and product received, a replacement will be issued
If the product is out of stock, a Store Credit will be provided, valid for 3 months.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost or damaged in transit after dispatch
- Returns sent without prior approval
Cancellations
If your order has not been shipped:

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
Narayani Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
